This page explains what you pay when you use Vex Exchange. The tables on this page are filled in live from our system, so they always show the figures currently in force.
No hidden charges. The rate on the confirmation screen already includes our spread, and you see the exact amount you will receive before you confirm.
How our pricing works
For every conversion we start from a live market reference rate and add a spread on the national-currency side. There is no separate trading commission. For the currencies we support, the spread is currently about 2% in each direction — shown in the table as the rate applied when you buy crypto with that currency and when you sell crypto for it.
- The spread is part of the quoted rate; nothing is deducted afterwards.
- Converting back and forth costs roughly twice the spread, so avoid unnecessary round trips.
- Some account levels may receive better rates. If so, this is already reflected in the rate you see.
Deposits
- Crypto: Vex Exchange does not deduct a fee from crypto deposits — you are credited the amount that arrives at your deposit address. Your sending wallet or exchange charges its own network fee. Each network has a minimum deposit, listed below and on the deposit page.
- Bank transfer: we do not charge a deposit fee. Your bank and any intermediary banks may charge their own fees. Minimum amounts are listed below.
Withdrawals
- Any platform fee for a withdrawal is listed below and shown on the withdrawal form before you confirm.
- Bank payouts may be reduced by charges from the receiving or intermediary banks.
- Minimum amounts and daily limits apply. Your daily limit depends on your account level.
Costs outside our control
Banks, card issuers, wallet providers and blockchain networks set their own fees. We cannot see or refund these charges.
Changes to fees
We may change our spreads, minimums and fees. The tables on this page always show the current values, and where possible we announce increases in advance.
